The cost is $50 per share, to be charged to a credit card on file for each pick up. 

Members who pick up weekly are charged each week on their day of pick up. Members who pick up bi-weekly are charged every other week on their day of pick up.

There is no upfront cost.

  • Every other week: pasture-raised eggs
  • Once a month: coffee or tea on the weekend of the first Friday of each month
  • About once a month: local grains, local dairy, and other fun surprises

Let us know in your registration or by emailing weeklyharvest8@gmail.com. As long as we know in advance, we can exclude any items and credit your card that week instead. 

Part of the beauty of this type of program is getting to try new foods! If there’s an item or ingredient you absolutely won’t use, please note it in your registration or email weeklyharvest8@gmail.com and we’ll try to arrange to exclude it in future shares.

Our pick up options are Friday, Sunday, or Monday. Members pick up their shares on the same day each week.

We do not currently offer Saturday as a pick up  Many farmers deliver to us on Saturdays so there isn’t enough turnaround time to receive the items and pack shares for the same day.  We are also very limited on storage space.

We offer the ability to skip shares, reschedule weeks, or pick up on a different day, but requests must be sent by email at least a week ahead of time. 

Without a week’s notice, you will still be charged for your share. We can hold it for pick up later in the week, or you can send someone else (friend, neighbor, family member, etc.) to pick it up on your behalf. 

We will always hold onto your share for an extra day or two, no need to give us notice. 

If you can’t pick it up, we’ll donate it to the food pantry.  

Coffee or tea is included the weekend of the first Friday of each month. This is a static week each month, so it will sometimes coincide with the eggs week and sometimes with the non-eggs week, depending on how many weeks there are each month.

Typically bi-weekly members will get about half of the coffee/tea weeks.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality foods from as many local producers as we can. We do our best to ensure every item in every share is top notch, but we’re not perfect! If you’re ever missing an item or have an issue with quality, please email me so we can get you a replacement or a credit instead.
